mezzanine racking Checklists serve as reminders of what to look for and as records of what items have been identified as concerns and their corrective actions. This checklist will give your self-inspections direction. Without checklists, safety committee members new and veteran can miss things they should see or be unsure, after inspecting an area, that they have covered everything. A hazard observed during an inspection must be recorded, even though it is not part of the checklist.No one sample of a self-inspection form or format is suitable for all employers. Each employer must customize the checklist forms to the specific areas in their operations. Failure to do so will give the organization a false analysis and therefore false assessment of the hazards workers and visitors are exposed to in the work environment.
