Structure:

1.Pallet racking is of cut-in composite structure;

2.The upright made by continuous punching and rolling; the frame assembled by uprights and bracings.

3.There are safety locks to fix beams and uprights tightly, protecting beams from dropping when loading goods by forklifts.

4.The height of each layer can be adjusted by 75mm freely, the capacity of each layer can be up to 4000kg. 

5.It’s convenient to load and unload pallets with goods on by using forklifts; Such forklifts as front-move forklift ,balance-weight forklift,common forklift and etc. Stackers can also be used to load and unload goods.

6.Steel panels, wooden panels and wire mesh decking are available to be put on beams instead of pallets.

7.Pallet racking is the most common storage system used in fields of manfacturing industry,the third part logistics,distribution centers,supermarket and so on.

8.Pallet racking is the first choice for high position warehouses and AS/RS System.

2.Box beams and step beams are available.

3.Sectional sizes of box beams: 80*50*1.5mm; 90*50*1.5mm; 100*50*1.5mm; 110*50*1.5mm; 120*50*1.5mm;140*50*1.5mm; 160*50*1.5mm.

4.Sectional sizes of step beams:PK95,PK115,PK135,PK155.

5.Pallet support bar: regular type and cut-in adjustable types.
